Soup of The Day
Homemade by our chef using only the freshest locally sourced ingredients served with warm crusty bread and real butter. Please ask your server for todays choice. (g/f option)

Three Horseshoes Pate
Chefs special recipe chicken liver pate made with roasted shallots, garlic, brandy, capers & thyme all smoothly blended to spread all over your choice of either granary or white toasted bread with chilli jam and a tasty salad garnish.(g/f option)

Rainbow Salmon
Gravalax smoked salmon with beetroot, dill, and orange salad all enveloped in chef's balsamic glaze, served with creme fraiche and pea shoot garnish. (g/f)

Vegan Green Pea & Parsley Hummus
Homemade green pea and fresh parsley hummus delicately laced with fresh lemon juice, tahini and extra virgin olive oil. Vegan / gluten free mini warm flat breads for dipping and a salad garnish.

Herefordshire Topside of Beef
Farm assured, 28 day matured roasted with a cracked black pepper crust.(g/f option)

Turkey Crown
Delicious turkey crown butter basted in house & slowly roasted with chef's Enville sage,
accompanied by home made cranberry stuffing.(g/f option)

Loin of Pork
Blackgate loin roasted with elderflower juice accompanied by homemade fresh sage, onion
and apple stuffing.(g/f option)

Vegan Mediterranean Tart
Vegan basil & maize pastry tart filled with slow roasted tomato sauce enveloping courgettes, red & yellow peppers, red onion and cherry tomatoes topped with a pumpkin seed crumb.(g/f)

All mains served with homemade Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, new potatoes & seasonal
vegetables with lashings of our hearty gravy or meat free /gluten free gravy.

Dessert 

Luxury Bread & Butter Pudding
Chef's special homemade brioche bread &butter pudding made with a fresh vanilla custard,
double cream, cinnamon, demerara & huge juicy raisins. Pair it with ice cream or custard.

Apple & Blackberry Crumble
An old favourite with a twist! Enville apples and blackberries with our special recipe crunch
crumble topping served with ice cream or custard.

Vegan Vanilla Pudding
Soy milk blended with fresh vanilla pod, tapioca starch & turmeric to make the wonderful pudding mousse. Topped with fresh strawberry and mint. (g/f)

Chocolate brownies sat on top of one another & sandwiched with whipped double cream, fresh
strawberries and drizzled with chocolate sauce.
